Why Krishi exists
Most farm information online is an ad in disguise, out of date, or locked behind a signup. Krishi is a plain reference built around the questions farmers actually ask — what is this season's MSP, which scheme pays for drip irrigation, what will a loan really cost — in the language you think in.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure on Krishi traces back to a primary government source: mandi prices from the data.gov.in Agmarknet API, MSP from CACP and PIB announcements, scheme rules from the ministries and state departments that run them. Nothing is copied from hearsay or other websites.

Mandi prices refresh daily at 19:00 IST. MSP figures are updated when CACP announces them for each Rabi and Kharif season. Scheme pages are re-checked weekly, and every page shows the date it was last verified.
What we collect — and what we don't
Krishi shows no ads and never asks for your name, phone number or location. We keep one anonymous count of page visits (self-hosted Plausible analytics — no cookies, no personal data) so we know which tools help farmers most. That is the entire list.
Spotted a wrong number?
If an MSP figure, scheme rule or formula looks wrong, tell us. We check every report against the primary source and publish the fix.
